- Is it genuinely free for teachers, or free for a while?
- Free, permanently. Teachers never pay to search, build a profile, apply, message an organization or read the salary guide, and there is no paid tier that ranks one teacher above another.
- And free for organizations too — what is the catch?
- There is no trial clock and no card on file. A verified organization keeps 10 roles published at once, with the whole pipeline behind them, for nothing. Most organizations never hire for more than ten posts at a time, so for most organizations that is the entire story. If yours does, we talk.
- What counts as one of the 10?
- A role counts while it is published and open to applications. Drafts never count, so you can write as many as you like. Close a role you have filled, or let one reach its deadline and expire, and the slot is free again the same day — with every candidate, note and interview on it kept.
- What happens if we try to publish an eleventh?
- It stays a draft, and everything already published stays exactly where it is — nothing is taken down and nothing is deleted. You will see which limit you have reached and how to free a slot, and a way to reach us if ten is genuinely not enough. Organizations that were already above ten keep every listing they have.
- Do you charge a placement fee when we hire someone?
- No. There is no per-hire fee, no percentage of first-year salary and no charge for keeping a candidate in your pipeline.
- What happens before we can post a role?
- Verification: society or trust registration and legal standing, a board affiliation or state recognition check, and a named hiring contact. It usually takes two to four working days, and it costs nothing.
- What does more than ten cost?
- It depends on how many roles you keep open and how many campuses you hire for, so we quote it rather than list it. Quotes are in Indian rupees with GST on top, and the tax invoice carries your GSTIN. Twenty minutes on a call is enough to size it.
