Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College founded by V.S.V. Vidya Mandir Trust in 1997 with an objective to meet the higher educational needs of the rural as well as the urban youth in and around Pollachi and other districts of Tamilnadu, has become the cynosure of everyone and has won the confidence of the people as an institution of excellence with discipline, quality, and values. The trust was formed by the three great visionaries of the three Philanthropic families – Thiru. P.M.Thyagarajan, Thiru. M.K.Arumugam and Thiru. D.Sivaraman.
