Samanta Chandrasekhar Institute of Technology and Management In 2001, a group of Social Workers, led by Sri Krushna Singh , an eminent Sarvodaya Leader, thought of a plan to establish an Engineering College at Semiliguda, ( Dt. Koraput Odisha ) primarily with a view to cater Technical Education to the under privileged students comprising mostly of Scheduled Caste & Tribe communities.The members who conceived the idea & pioneered the Trust for establishment of these institutes
