01 — The role
Job Description
Role and responsibilities:-
- Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for Classes 6th to 10th.
- Be proactively involved in teaching students.
- Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
- Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.
- Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
- Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
- Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with School Teaching Experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred.
- Candidates must have a clear understanding of teaching and learning needs of Foundation
- Course students, who need to excel in School as well as Competitive Exams.
- Candidates with a habit of continuous self learning will be preferred.
- Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.

About Ganesh International School
Ganesh International School, Chikhali , managed by S.S.P. Shikshan Sanstha was established in the academic year 2011-12, with an initial strength of 80 students. We have grown exponentially to a strength of 575 students in the academic year 2019-20.
The school is still in its developmental stage and to keep this process of growth a continual aspect, we have planned to include additional facilities in the infrastructure and also in the overall education/ learning process.
The focus is mainly on imparting a holistic learning experience that prepares the child to come across as a competent individual in all the roles that are designed for him/her. Creativity and innovation are the habits that we nurture in the school and the students are encouraged to be naturally curious and inquisitive. This improves the logical and analytical skills and fosters critical thinking; these skills are much valued in today’s changing scenario.
