Role and Responsibilities

  1. Help younger students learn how to navigate a computer.
  2. Help students learn different computer related skills based on grade & level.
  3. Supervises use of computer equipment during lab hours.
  4. Organize, maintain and manage class systems in proper working condition.
  5. Teach students and learners to use computers. Design and develop appropriate computer instructional material. .
  6. Initiate and implement systems, procedures and other student management issues.
  7. Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities.
  8. Coordinate and collaborate with head teacher, principal and teachers.
  9. Integrate special lesson plans with core academic curriculum.
  10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Computer Teacher Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Comfortable working with computer hardware, software, networking and information delivery systems
  2. Effective communicators with good public speaking skills and strong presentation delivery abilities
  3. Good leaders, with a variety of teaching styles that facilitate one-on-one and group learning activities

Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Avigna Celeste, run by Hanuman Educational Trust, is one of the forerunners in the field of Education in the district. The school is the brainchild of Mr. S. Rajasekaran, the Chairman of the school and the Managing Director of Avigna Properties Ltd. Dr. Mrs. R. Uma Maheshwari is the Secretary and Correspondent of the School.The school was established in the year 2014 with 360 students in KG-VIII, under the guidance of the Senior Principal and mentor – Shri. S. Namasivayam, Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Chetpet. Ours is a co-educational school following the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The school started a Montessori mixed age classroom for children from the year 2016. Now, the school is a fully functional K-12 school offering holistic education for students of classes Montessori/Pre. KG – Class XII with a total of 900 students.All the classrooms have Audio-Visual Aids for the added benefit of the current generation students. Our CBSE affiliated school is headed by Dr. G. S. Ganesan; a Progressive Principal of India awardee. He is also an authorized CBSE resource person for classroom management and Mathematics. He makes it a policy that all children must have holistic development and the school must be a temple of learning.
