Roles & Responsibilities: -

· The goal will be to manage city level marketing activities. (Own the city level growth, promotions and marketing across channels)

· Maintain school brand identity through a sustainable community of students, parents, teachers and schools.

· Generate a steady flow of leads along with the team according to the requirement.

· Manage cost, utilisation and efficiency of leads.

· Understand the business needs of the school to plan and execute scalable marketing activities in the specified city.

· Work closely across functions like sales, product and finance to drive the marketing objectives of the school.

· Negotiate with partners, vendors and other external agencies to drive the marketing ROI

· Analyze and report the impact of various marketing activities and feed those data insights into subsequent campaigns to improve ROI

· Develop policy, planning, and strategy decisions to improve existing and past marketing efforts.

· Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.

· Competitive mapping and differentiation strategy - Track and analyze competition on ongoing basis, share learnings and use it to maintain a competitive edge.

· Track existing marketing campaigns to completion and report on results.

· Keeps management informed by preparing reports, making presentations, interpreting information, making recommendations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• School/Education Industry experience: Minimum 3 years.
• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and people reading skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Educational Qualification – Any Graduate.
• The ideal candidate should be well versed in negotiation, operations and should have good leadership skills.
