- She/He should have strong ability to collaboratively work with clients as well as with the internal team to understand their specific requirements.

- Must be able to substantiate the items with grammatical rules to the clients /stakeholders or to the team in order to enhance the quality of the framework/content developed.
- Strong Research skills and up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends in the related subject
- Strong documentation skills
- Should be proficient in setting standards or procedures for the framework of development.
