Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming, receiving, signing in and dealing with and directing staff, pupils, parents,school governors, school visitors and other stakeholders as appropriate
- Managing the staff, pupil, parents and visitor school entry system
- Operating the school’s main telephone, transferring calls, or taking and delivering messages as appropriate
- Managing the school’s main inbox, replying, forwarding messages and making appointments for staff as appropriate
- Managing the school’s public noticeboard (Life Channel), adding and removing content as appropriate
- Updating the school calendar, adding and removing content as appropriate
- Updating the school’s website, adding and removing content as appropriate

With a philanthropic vision, the Aggarwal Welfare society stirred by the high ideals of the legendary king and the great saint Maharaja Agarsain, initiated several social and benevolent tasks for the welfare of society. We started our journey 40 years ago under the unflinching stewardship of Late Sh.R.K.Sangal as President and Sh.O.P.Gupta as School manager on 10th April1978.MAPS got a seal of approval from the Department of Education -Delhi Administration attributable to the persistent efforts of Late S.C.Gupta.
