Job Description
POD Specialists:
Graduate preferably in Education/English/Psychology discipline having 1-5 years’ work experience in teaching Pre-Primary/Primary/Life Skills. An energetic person possessing a love for children and the ability to inspire young learners will be most suitable for working with children of diverse ages. Positive attitude, Flexibility, and Integrity is a must.
Job Description:
- Prepare Lesson Plans. Deliver lessons as per the designated curriculum.
- Organize all materials required prior to the session.
- Planning of logistics based on lesson's requirement i.e hold a discussion with the Co-facilitator/Nanny to ensure availability of required material prior to the session.
- During the session, make impromptu changes as and when demanded by the group size,
- dynamics, lesson priority, and effective time management.
- Observe the Learners in case of any novel behavior, input or improvement.
- Preparing Follow up Letters with the subjective observation to be sent to the parents by day end.
- Conduct Assessments.
