Job Description
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Social Science subject.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
Brief Role:
- Capable to teach the concerned subject.
- Prepare daily and longer-term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
- Develop children's interests, abilities and coordination using creative activities such as Art, Music and Sport
- Use Computers to assist with lesson preparation, teaching and reporting.
- Develop and maintain good working habits and discipline in classrooms.
- Supervise students during classes and at other times in the school day, including in the playground during breaks.
- Attend staff meetings and other training and development sessions.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress in written and oral work.
- Discuss students progress and concerns with parents and administrators.
- Prepare for and attend Parent- Teacher Interviews and other functions.

As an innovator and strategist, he believed in the power of revolutionary ideas and set the sails to create a national movement to change the way education was taught in India.
It was in that moment - during the ‘New Ventures’ class in his MBA at Kellogg School of Management, which yielded the answers; connecting the thought to a cognitive map of a model that would redefine education . Having decided, he energized his classmates to build a model that would ensure a revolutionary impact, a resonance of a field of opportunities for the young generation, an actualization of the difference they could make by replacing the existing rote learning practices.
The word ‘impact’ became the genesis of Global Discovery Academy.
