Job Description
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Hindi as subject and ability to handle Class 1st to class 5th students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
Brief Role:
- Capable to teach the concerned subject.
- Prepare daily and longer-term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
- Develop children's interests, abilities and coordination using creative activities such as Art, Music and Sport
- Use Computers to assist with lesson preparation, teaching and reporting.
- Develop and maintain good working habits and discipline in classrooms.
- Supervise students during classes and at other times in the school day, including in the playground during breaks.
- Attend staff meetings and other training and development sessions.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress in written and oral work.
- Discuss students progress and concerns with parents and administrators.
- Prepare for and attend Parent- Teacher Interviews and other functions.

About Yash Memorial School, Noida
The school is run by YASH MEMORIAL EDUCATION SOCIETY (Registered under the section of Registrar chits, funds and society act 1860) which was started in the memory of dearest Yash Vardhan Singh Bhadauria who was the only son born to Mrs & Mr Harsh Vardhan Singh Bhadauria on 10th of May 1983. The schools foundation was laid in 2002 with the mere strength of 40 students and the infrastructure of 5 classrooms. The students were from economically weaker groups where to impart education was a challenge. The vision was clear toprovide right education to the needy and under privileged. The dedication and hard work of Mrs & Mr Bhadauria, management and the staff made the school remarkable in the local vicinity.
We have two separate buildings – the Junior. Wing and the Senior Wing located at a distance of hardly 3 minutes walk. The Junior Wing occupies the children from Nursery to IV Standard and the Senior Wing has classes from Vth onwards. The school has an attractive infrastructure with all modern class room amenities. International teaching methodologies are being used in each and every area of child development and learning.
The school’s curriculum is enriched with E-learning smart classes activity based learning labs, computer labs, science labs, music, art and craft, sports and physical education.
