Job Description

Role and responsibilities:-

  1. Preparing daily and long-term lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines.
  2. Teaching a full range of subject areas.
  3. Developing children’s interests, abilities and coordination using a variety of creative activities including art, sport and music.
  4. Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.
  5. Supervising students throughout the day, both in the classroom and outside during breaks.
  6. Attending staff meetings and training and development sessions.
  7. Assessing and evaluating students’ educational progress and abilities.
  8. Setting and conducting testing.
  9. Discussing students’ progress with parents and guardians, administrators and other professionals as necessary.
  10. Organizing, attending and supervising school activities such as excursions, school concerts, camps and sporting events

The Congregation was founded in Italy in the year 1834 by a noble couple named Marquis Carlo Tancredi di Barolo and Marchioness Guilia di Barolo to carry out the mission of Education and Christian formation of children and young girls. Today the institute has its houses in Italy, India, U.S.A, Switzerland, Brazil, Philippines, Mexico, Peru, Cameroon and Argentina.
