Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should have got research funding from govt agencies.
- Proven experience in conducting international conferences/ FDP/ Workshops.
- Proven experience to lead a team of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Proven experience in NAAC, NBA,
- Should have sound knowledge in their respective fields and be ready to give a 15-minute presentation on any topic, if selected for an interview.
- Willing to work in a team environment.
Eligibility:
- Ph.D. with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level or both in the appropriate branch of Engg./Tech.
AND
At least total 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of Journals and at least 2 sucessful Ph.D. guided as supervisor / co-supervisor till the date of eligibility of promotion - Strong communication skills

About Prince Shri Venkateshwara Padmavathy Engineering College
Prince Educational Society was established in 1978 by our Founder – Chairman Dr. K. Vasudevan, M.A., B.Ed., Ph.D. Going down memory lane in the seventies, our Chairman had realized the need for an Institution that will serve as a role model and stand apart from other Educational Institutions. The setting up of Prince Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Nanganallur, Chennai, helped in the evolution of Prince Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Madipakkam, Chennai, which met this need. In order to serve the poor and the needy, he started a Tamil Medium School as well. Today this educationist, Industrialist and pioneer head an Arts and Science College and an Engineering College in Chennai. These institutions aim at imparting quality education in the fields of engineering, arts, and science.
