Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Explain complicated ideas and principles with understandable language
- Manage a classroom with groups of students while making sure that individuals comprehend the concepts explained.
- Do student assessment and evaluation.
- Conduct training and provide hands on activities to take place in laboratory setting.
- Teach and explain basic concepts in computer science and more specialized facts regarding complex software.
- Coach and teach in the field of computer science or of related subjects.
- Lead courses of certain software like Internet browsers and MS Office
- Be attentive to the students’ activity and progress
- Give constructive timely feedback and evaluate students' work.
- Be motivated and passionate about the passing of knowledge to others.
Computer Teacher Skills and Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with computer hardware, software, networking and information delivery systems
- Effective communicators with good public speaking skills and strong presentation delivery abilities
- Good leaders, with a variety of teaching styles that facilitate one-on-one and group learning activities

St.JOSEPH’S MATRICULATION HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL managed by St.JOSEPH’S educational trust was started in June 1985 and was upgraded as Higher Secondary School in the year 1988. We have limited number on roll for individual attention and only qualified and experienced teaching staff to tutor the students. By the requisition made by the parents of Mugalivakkam, we started “A New St.JOSEPH’S Matriculation School” at L & T. Colony, C.R.R Puram, Mugalivakkam, Chennai –600125. Now it is St.JOSEPH’S Matriculation school. It has gained popularity among the public for strict discipline and individual care given to each and every child. It has successfully crossed 10 years and has very good strength.
