Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native teachers.
• Assess teachers' adherence to predetermined rubrics and guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to teachers.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback.
• Demonstrate data driven approach.
• Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations.
• Clear understanding of phonics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Maths, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a
plus.
• Proven experience in teaching reading and pronunciation using phonics, with a strong
understanding of phonics principles.
• Familiarity with US and UK phonics curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback to educators.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital evaluation tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work remotely or in a specified office location, depending on company policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
• Experience with online education platforms and tools.
• Prior experience in teaching (phonics), curriculum development or instructional design.
