The school was established with an aim to make a real difference in myriad ways to the lives of students who pass out through its portals and help them find their place in the sun.
Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
Primary Purpose:
The Primary Teacher develops schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. He/she facilitates learning by establishing good relationships with students and by the effective organisation of learning resources and the classroom learning environment.
Qualifications: Candidate must be B.Ed qualified with Graduation. Master's may be required.
Special Knowledge/Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentation, lesson-planning, counselling, organizational, and record-keeping skills; Knowledge of specific teaching subject Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
Experience: At least 3 years experience in teaching to middle grade(6th to 10th).
Brief Role: Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.) Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events Observe and understand students’ behaviour and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc. Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.
School Time: 8 AM to 3 PM
