Job Description
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Hindi as subject and ability to handle Class 1st to class 5th students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
Brief Role:
- Capable to teach the concerned subject.
- Prepare daily and longer-term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
- Develop children's interests, abilities and coordination using creative activities such as Art, Music and Sport
- Use Computers to assist with lesson preparation, teaching and reporting.
- Develop and maintain good working habits and discipline in classrooms.
- Supervise students during classes and at other times in the school day, including in the playground during breaks.
- Attend staff meetings and other training and development sessions.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress in written and oral work.
- Discuss students progress and concerns with parents and administrators.
- Prepare for and attend Parent- Teacher Interviews and other functions.

About Rao Mohar Singh Memorial Sr. Sec. School
Rao Mohar Singh Memorial Sr. School with Science and Commerce in +2 Stage is managed by Rao Mohar Singh Education Society.
The Society has started the school with its first session w.e.f. 1-4-2000 with an aim to promote a system of integral education emphasising the unity of all knowledge and synthesises the humanities and the science. All efforts have been made to create-an environment affording inspiration for the development of body, mind and spirit along with the values of truth, honesty, integrity and ardousness. The school has a newly constructed spacious triple storey building having 60 class rooms situated at Paprawat Road Najafgarh, New Delhi-43. The school has a multipurpose play field in the lush green surroundings. The school building comprises of well lit classrooms, a library, Physics, Chemistry, Biology laboratory and a computer room. There is a separate three storey wing consisting of 21 decorated rooms for Primary sections.
