Job Description

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of Hindi as subject and ability to handle Class 1st to class 5th students.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.

Brief Role:

  1. Capable to teach the concerned subject.
  2. Prepare daily and longer-term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
  3. Develop children's interests, abilities and coordination using creative activities such as Art, Music and Sport
  4. Use Computers to assist with lesson preparation, teaching and reporting.
  5. Develop and maintain good working habits and discipline in classrooms.
  6. Supervise students during classes and at other times in the school day, including in the playground during breaks.
  7. Attend staff meetings and other training and development sessions.
  8. Assess and evaluate students' progress in written and oral work.
  9. Discuss students progress and concerns with parents and administrators.
  10. Prepare for and attend Parent- Teacher Interviews and other functions.

About Andhra Education Society, New Delhi

The Andhra Education Society (AES) was founded in the year 1943 by Shri PathruniVenkata Narayana and became functional on 15th August 1946. Its presence successfully enabled the Telugu community of Mumbai to make significant progress in the area of cultural consolidation and accessible education. Today, the AES nurtures over 4,300 students across Nursery, Primary, High School and Junior College, with an active push towards giving the more economically weaker sections of the community a helping hand.
