About the company

NCR Eduservices is looking for a dynamic Product Manager who can manage the complete end to end Product life cycle and have a good understanding of technology as well.
Candidate must have -
• 8-12 years of IT experience, which includes significant years of Development Experience and a minimum of 2+ years of Product Management experience OR 5+ years of experience as Project Lead
• Should have good experience on Technologies like .Net Core, C#, MySQL and Php
• Experience in Agile Project Management
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and motivational skills
Roles and Responsibilities -
Functional -
• Involved in designing the product wireframes and managing the development of the UI & UX and A/B testing of the product as required.
• Working closely with Software Developers
• Identifying The Needs and customizing the product Accordingly
• Mentor and assist the team, in all aspects, related to Delivery, specifically the customer and communication management
• Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the internal stake holders, based on the experience, from the accounts handled
Product Management -
• Responsible and accountable for managing the Product/Engagement through the lifecycle of feasibility, development, deployment, monitoring, support, and enhancements
• Able to work with the business and technology teams and should be able to understand the technical requirements and articulate the solution on a high level
• Requirement Gathering, BRD & Documentation and assisting in SRS
• Produce productivity report and weekly progress to stakeholders
• Highlight and mitigate the risk

Good To Have -
• Certified Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Education and Recruitment domain
