Job Description
Role and responsibilities:-
- Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for Classes 10th to 12th.
- Be proactively involved in teaching students.
- Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
- Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.
- Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
- Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
- Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of Maths subject and ability to teach same to class 11th and 12th class learners.
- Candidates with School Teaching Experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred.
- Candidates must have a clear understanding of teaching and learning needs of Foundation
- Course students, who need to excel in School as well as Competitive Exams.
- Candidates with a habit of continuous self learning will be preferred.
- Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.

THAR EDUCATION & RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (TERDS), Osian -is registered under Rajasthan society's registration act 1958 on 15 March 2007. TERDS started an English medium school at Osian with name THAR SCHOOL from 16th of April 2008 with 3 students enrollment which increased to 80 at the end of session 2008-2009 with classes LKG,UKG and I.
After completion of 4 sessions students up to class VI have crossed 600 with 16 sections. Students from different villages like Jakhan, Birloka, Kapuria, Riamalwara, Pandi ji Ki Dhani, Thob, Dhundharia, Bara, Kiramsaria, Nevra, Padasala, Khetasar, Matora, Nosar, Cherai, Lohavat, Bhikamkore, Osian, Jatipura in the distance of 50 km around Osian come to this school. In this session 2019 - 20 we are handling 16630creative minds.
School organizes various workshops and seminars for teachers and students of this entire region. School organizes sports competitions, drawing-singing-dancing competitions, science projects exhibition, and educational tours on regular basis for all round development of students. From session 2013-2014 the school moves to new building. Management plans to add facilities like day boarding & hostel, swimming pool, horse riding, in the coming sessions.
