Hiring for PGT Computer (NEXT School)

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Explain complicated ideas and principles with understandable language
2. Manage a classroom with groups of students while making sure that individuals comprehend the concepts explained.
3. Do student assessment and evaluation.
4. Conduct training and provide hands-on activities to take place in a laboratory setting.
5. Teach and explain basic concepts in computer science and more specialized facts regarding complex software.
6. Coach and teach in the field of computer science or related subjects.
7. Lead courses of certain software like Internet browsers and MS O
8. Be attentive to the student's activity and progress
9. Give constructive timely feedback and evaluate students' work.
10. Be motivated and passionate about the passing of knowledge to others.

Skills Required:

1. Good Knowledge of languages (C, C++, Java, etc.)
2. Have Word Processing skills
3. Database management skills
4. Have Internet navigation skills
5. Have Touch-typing
6. Should have deep conceptual and working knowledge and passion to teach
7. Should have effective classroom management skills
8. Should have good Parental communications

Qualification: MCA/M.Sc in computer from a recognized institute, B.Ed

Experience Required: Minimum 3 - 8 Years.
