Hiring for German Teacher ( Orchids International School)

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for Classes 10th to 12th.
2. Be proactively involved in teaching students.
3. Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
4. Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.
5. Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
6. Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
7. Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement/need arises.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Strong knowledge of German as a subject and ability to teach same to class 11th and 12th class learners.
2. Candidates with school teaching experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred.
3. Candidates must have a clear understanding of the teaching and learning needs of the foundation
4. Course students, who need to excel in school as well as competitive exams.
5. Candidates with a habit of continuous self-learning will be preferred.
6. Must possess excellent presentation and German communication skills.

Skills Required:

1. Ability in speaking German
2. Must have good knowledge of German language
3. Knowledge of German grammar
4. Should have effective classroom management skills
5. Has passion for teaching and guiding students to learn
6. Have good parental communications
7. Should have deep conceptual and working knowledge and passion to teach

Qualification- Master in English & B.Ed

Experience- Minimum 1 - 6 years
