Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative instructional methods.
- Develop professional logistics to improvise student performance.
- Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
- Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
- Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
- Supervise and support teaching assistants.
- Participate in departmental and college activities.
- Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees.
- Assess, review and evaluate student activities and progress.
- Assist and support senior professors in their day-to-day tasks and functions
Eligibility:
- The Candidate should have PG with M.Phil. / Ph.D. / NET / SET.
- A strong desire to redefine teaching standards and build tomorrow's leaders
- Strong communication skills

About PGP College of Arts & Science
PGP College was established in the year 1994. It is located in the Namakkal, Karur NH-7. The PGP College of Arts and Science was established by our beloved Chairman Dr. Palani G.Periyasamy M.A.,M.A.,Ph.D (USA). The state of the art facilities in the college encourage the students to develop their various skills. The college runs in an eco-friendly environment and produces healthy education to the students. Our College offers 17 courses at the U.G. level and 16 at the P.G level. Research work has also been growing steadily alongside these courses. We start offering M.Phil and Ph.D (part time and full time) courses from the year 2007. The PGPCAS takes care to give in the young individual an integrated personality.
