Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to spot and cultivate creativity.
- Train, rehearse and lead students in school and community art and craft programs.
- Conduct art and craft classes according to rules and regulations established by the Board of education.
- Develop and maintain an effective art and craft educational program for students.
- Schedule daily classes to instruct and rehearse within the assigned time.
- Understand the potentials and skills of each student and guide individual students according to their skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and assistance to improve their art and craft skills.
- To conduct assigned classes at the scheduled times.
- To plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
- Maintain student behavioral standards to ensure a productive and disciplined environment during group rehearsals, practices, and performances.
- Collaborate with school administration to organize art and craft programs for civic functions and school productions.
- Monitor students in and out of the classrooms.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students.
- Participate in curriculum development programs, student activities and faculty committees.
- Teach all types of arts and crafts to students.
Skills Required :
- Should have good communication skills
- Be Critical thinking, self-confidence and detail-oriented.
- Should have a passion to teach
- Have good Parental communications.
- The ability to recognize edges, a perspective of drawing.
- Maintain student grading and attendance records.
- Evaluate student progress and ensure that students complete daily assignments.
- Should have a deeply conceptual and working knowledge
- Should have effective classroom management skills
Qualification: Post Graduation/ Graduation in fine arts.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 - 7 Years.

About NEELKANTH VIDYAPEETH RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL
In this era, Lord Shree Swami Narayan was born to Dharmadev and Bhaktimata. At age 11, He left his home as Neelkanth Varni. He did pilgrimage walks and worshipped all the gods at distinguished Pilgrimages. During his Pilgrimage walk, He abolished inequalities and gave his Yogic strength to strengthen Hinduism. He formed a cult grouping his followers everywhere in the country. It was later called “Swaminarayan cult”. “Shikshapatri” , The Magnum Opus of his works, is highly acclaimed among the followers of Hinduism. The book is the spiritual etiquette for the saints of his cult and Hindus of the country.
The Swaminarayan cult of Neelkanth Vidyapeeth International School works on the Lord Swaminarayan’s divine motto “Education is the only way to salvation” highlighted in “Shikshapatri”
On 15th June 2009, The Saints of Swaminarayan headed by Param Pujya Sastri Satya Prakash Dasji Swami came to Hyderabad. While they were in search of a good hilly area for the establishment of Gurukul School, They reached the hilly area near Mazeedpur close to Ramoji Film City. They experienced Energetic and spiritual vibrations in the hilly area. They learnt from villagers that the hilly area was once the Destined place where many saints meditated in the past. The foundation stone was laid on 28th September 2009.
The question of naming the school led P P Shastriji’s idea to name after the lord Swaminarayan’s another name “Neelkanth Varni”. NEELKANTH VIDYAPEETH, the Gurukul International school, is felt to be the destined order of lord Swaminarayan to P P Shastriji and group. This is how Neelkanth Vidyapeeth, The Residential school for boys affiliated to CBSE, took its shape into Modern Gurukul.
