Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to spot and cultivate creativity.
- Train, rehearse and lead students in school and community art and craft programs.
- Conduct art and craft classes according to rules and regulations established by the Board of education.
- Develop and maintain an effective art and craft educational program for students.
- Schedule daily classes to instruct and rehearse within the assigned time.
- Understand the potentials and skills of each student and guide individual students according to their skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and assistance to improve their art and craft skills.
- To conduct assigned classes at the scheduled times.
- To plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
- Maintain student behavioral standards to ensure a productive and disciplined environment during group rehearsals, practices, and performances.
- Collaborate with school administration to organize art and craft programs for civic functions and school productions.
- Monitor students in and out of the classrooms.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students.
- Participate in curriculum development programs, student activities and faculty committees.
- Teach all types of arts and crafts to students.
Skills Required :
- Be creative.
- Be Critical thinking, self-confidence and detail-oriented.
- Ability to take criticism
- Parental communications.
- The ability to recognize edges, a perspective of drawing.
- Maintain student grading and attendance records.
- Evaluate student progress and ensure that students complete daily assignments.
Qualification: Post Graduation/ Graduation in fine arts.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 - 3 Years.

Roadmap to My Dreams is a continuous process of carving a personalized career trajectory for your child. It is a journey which identifies the child’s areas of interest, aptitude, potential and personality. Mapping the child’s “Strengths” to the right “Ability Cluster” through statistical analysis of data captured pertaining to the child, that covers academic performance, interests, dominant strengths, career preferences, non-academic performance etc.

MI RIASEC Tests: A battery of psychometric evaluations to identify dominant strengths, personality and interest areas.
Feedback from parents/ teachers/ counsellors.
Engagement level in the classroom through discovery packets and activities.Tailor important parts of the content and teaching methodology based on the identified strength.
Design personalized education trajectory to accentuate those strengths:
