Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Safety & security of students, staff & premises
- Facility Management, housekeeping, Security & Admin staff
- Liaising with vendors, procurement & billing
- Repair and maintenance of premises
- Managing inventory of stationary and other items
- Liaison with police, other local, civic bodies and other related bodies to ensure smooth operations of the office
- Event Management for school events
- Routine compliances i.e. renewal of Fire NOC etc
- Other Miscellaneous and general tasks.
Skills required:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to every detail
