Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Safety & security of students, staff & premises
  2. Facility Management, housekeeping, Security & Admin staff
  3. Liaising with vendors, procurement & billing
  4. Repair and maintenance of premises
  5. Managing inventory of stationary and other items
  6. Liaison with police, other local, civic bodies and other related bodies to ensure smooth operations of the office
  7. Event Management for school events
  8. Routine compliances i.e. renewal of Fire NOC etc
  9. Other Miscellaneous and general tasks.

Skills required:

  1. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  2. Solid knowledge of office procedures
  3. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
  4. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Attention to every detail

About Lalji Mehrotra Lions School

Welcome to the virtual visit of LML School, it is one of the pioneer projects of the Lions Club of Karnavati Foundation. The foundation is affiliated with the Lions Club International, an organisation with a presence in over 189 countries and a name synonymous with service to society, sacrifice, and voluntarism. The Lions Club of Karnavati is one of the largest, most active, and well-managed clubs in the world. The foundation aims to serve society by fulfilling two fundamental needs – Health and Education. Keeping with this quest, the foundation has set up a school and an eye hospital. The school began operations in June 2002 with classes from Jr. KG to 4, with 34 students and adding one class every year and is now running classes from Jr.KG to XII. The school is affiliated with the CISCE - Council for The Indian School Certificate Examinations.
