Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Career Counselling from Grades VI – XII.
  2. Interacting with Parents.
  3. Develop the Career Counselling for the school – ensure the proper setup in the schools.
  4. Helps students figure out their career goals and how best to reach those goals
  5. Help students understand and overcome social or behavioral problems through individual and group counseling
  6. Provide individual and small group counseling based on student needs
  7. Help students select and apply for educational programs, to obtain the necessary degrees, credentials, and skills
  8. Work with students to develop skills, such as organization, time management, and effective study habits.
  9. Help students set realistic academic and career goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
  10. Evaluate students’ abilities, skills and interests through aptitude and achievement assessments, interviews, and individual planning.
  11. Maintain records for Prospectus & Admission MIS.
  12. Maintain records for Telephonic and Website enquire.
  13. Calling on the data maintained in Walk-in register & Prospectus.
  14. Liaising with PRO agencies for advertisement.
  15. Interaction and assessment of new Student
