Hiring Content Manager

Key Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills (Reading/ Writing).
Good Knowledge of Computers with good typing speed.
Experience of Content Development in academics can be considered/preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the content development team
Develop, manage and deliver the content for grades K-8
Authoring and sourcing of quality and accurate content
Drive math content strategy and planning
Align the content to the common core standards
Oversee content creation and maintenance
Developing content review standards and authoring guidelines
Analyzing requirements, creating designs, creating worksheets, testing worksheets, video strategies, and approvals
Coordinate with the team and manage the roadmap for content development
Manage task allocation, review work, resolve content-related issues
Support and maintenance of existing content
Creating project plans to execute short term projects
Reviewing videos which are created for the content
Aim to improve the quality, relevance, efficacy, and usage of the content
Monitoring Content solutions for all questions in worksheets
Analyzing Heat Map data and fixing the issues for grades K-8
Analyzing ratings for worksheets and concept videos and improvising on them
Worksheet Mapping to CCSS standards
Creation of Mastery Matrix for Foundation Courses
Use of Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Geogebra
Language Proficiency: English mandatory, preferable US English.
