Job Description:

Position: Academic Support Associate (Only Male candidates preferred)

Job Type: Full time
Location: Noida, Sector 58
Work Timings- Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Working Days:- 5 Days Working
Qualification : Graduation/ PG (English)
Language Proficiency: English mandatory, preferable US English

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication skills (Reading/writing).
• Good Knowledge of Computers with good typing Speed.
• Experience of teaching/ tutoring/ Content Developer can be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities::

• Be responsible for monitoring online sessions for providing run-time support during the process of knowledge facilitation.
• Be required to ensure a smooth session delivery and learning success.
• Be required to communicate with schools, students, teachers and parents in a professional, polite and articulate manner.
• Should be able to identify problems and provide solutions.
• Need to help the learners or teachers fix basic connectivity issues during session time.
• Answer queries from learners and teachers over email.
• Review the progress of students and flag/follow-up whenever required.
• Pulling data and generating reports for various purposes.
• Be required to ensure a safe learning environment for learners.
• Provide feedback and report to our client regularly.
• Good knowledge of computers is mandatory.
