Job Description
Job Title: Academic Manager
Location: WFH
Work Timings: 5pm- 10pm(Mon-Fri)
4am- 9am(Sat)
Working Days: 6 Days
Overview:
The hired individual will monitor the live and recorded sessions, will share constructive feedback with the tutors, train the newly hired batches, Plan for regular training refreshers for the tutors, Monitor the student progress and take the necessary steps proactively.
Responsibilities:
- They will be responsible for the evaluation of the session.
- They need to provide training to existing teachers if required.
- Review tutoring sessions and materials for quality and consistency, ensuring that they meet the highest educational standards.
- Provide feedback to tutors and content creators to improve the quality of tutoring sessions and materials.
- Provide constructive feedback to tutors and educators on their teaching methods, communication and engagement with students.
- Help educators identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies for enhancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with education with specialization in the related subject.
- 5+ years of experience in teaching CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE Curriculum.
- Working experience as a Coordinator in school will be preferred.
- Online tutoring experience will be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
