Full Time Online Tutor Job : Maths & Science for Class 1st to Class 5th Students

Our ideal tutors should be:-

• Confident in teaching Maths & Science for students in K-1 to K-5.
• Able to handle online classrooms and young learners.
• Enjoying teaching young learners in Class 1st to Class 5th.
• Must follow a student-centric approach and must be flexible to adapt to changes as per learner.
• Know the concept of rapport building and use real-life examples to engage with learners.
• Open for feedback and should be able to work on the same.
• Comfortable with technology.

Mandatory Qualification:

• Graduate or Masters with Maths & Science as one of the major subjects.
• Good Knowledge of Computers.
• Excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Need to conduct online classes with students of Class 1 to Class 5th.
• Monitor the progress of students.
• Provide online support through the platform and create content from time to time as and when required.
• Provides tutorial services for students who have scheduled appointments and/or drop-ins for academic support in specialized subject areas.

Interview Process:-

• Online English Test
• Online Subject Test
• Interview with Academic/Operations Team
• Demo Lesson
• Final Interview with business head or management team

Training:

• There will be one week of boot camp training before onboarding.
• Regular CPD training.

Timings:

We hire only full-time teachers, regular shift timings will be 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The teaching contract will be for an entire academic year. In case you are available for a full-time office-based teaching job-based at our office in Noida then you can discuss the same with our recruitment team.

Working days will be from Monday to Saturday. Our students are from Cambridge, CBSE, ICSE Board, US, UK, and Australian board.

You will be teaching Math and Science to class 1st to class 5th students.

Compensation Package:

2.4 LPA to 4.2 LPA
