Administrative Officer Vacancy for Unison World School, Dehradun

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Safety & security of students, staff & premises
2. Facility Management, housekeeping, Security & Admin staff
3. Liaising with vendors, procurement & billing
4. Repair and maintenance of premises
5. Managing inventory of stationary and other items
6. Liaison with police, other local, civic bodies and other related bodies to ensure smooth operations of the office
7. Event Management for school events
8. Routine compliances i.e. renewal of Fire NOC etc
9. Other Miscellaneous and general tasks.

Skills required:

1. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role in a large scale organisation for a minimum 15 years
2. Solid knowledge of office procedures
3. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
4. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Attention to every detail

Candidates with experience with CAIE Curriculum will be preferred. Candidates having an experience of Residential School will be given preference.
